Tereza specializes in international dispute resolution and French immigration law.
Over the past decade, Tereza has represented companies, high-net-worth individuals, and States in a range of complex, high-stakes international arbitrations, including over a dozen investment treaty disputes. She has served as counsel and tribunal secretary in cases brought under contracts, bilateral and multilateral treaties, and conducted under leading procedural rules, including ICSID, ICC, and UNCITRAL. Her expertise spans the construction, energy, and finance sectors, with a regional focus on MENA, Central Europe, and the Balkans. Tereza also advises and represents companies in cross-border litigation before the French courts.
Alongside her disputes practice, Tereza advises entrepreneurs, executives, and high-profile individuals on French immigration matters.
Before founding Esquisite, Tereza worked as an attorney at Derains & Gharavi in Paris (2022-2023) and Squire Patton Boggs in Paris and Prague (2016-2017 & 2018-2021). During her studies, she interned at ICSID (World Bank) in Washington, D.C.
Tereza holds degrees from Georgetown (LL.M.) and the Sorbonne (Licence, Master 1, and Master 2), and is admitted to the New York and Paris bars.
