WHAT WE DO

Our services

Arbitration-related court proceedings

We act for corporations, high net worth individuals, States and State-owned entities in arbitration-related proceedings before the French courts.

We assist both claimants and respondents in set aside proceedings against commercial and investment arbitral awards seated in Paris. We also represent our clients in enforcement actions, with a particular expertise in matters involving sovereign States and State-owned entities.‍

Cross-border business disputes

We act for international companies in complex commercial and civil litigation in French courts.

We are also regularly engaged in the early stages of a dispute to help clients in evaluating potential risks and liability exposure should a matter proceed to litigation. During the pre-litigation phase, we provide strategic guidance on whether to pursue settlement. If settlement is deemed the best way forward, we develop a tailored strategy to secure the best possible outcome for our clients.

Our clients particularly value our ability to convey French legal concepts and procedures in a manner that aligns with their legal culture and strategic expectations.
