We assist both claimants and respondents in set aside proceedings against commercial and investment arbitral awards seated in Paris. We also represent our clients in enforcement actions, with a particular expertise in matters involving sovereign States and State-owned entities.
Cross-border business disputes
We act for international companies in complex commercial and civil litigation in French courts.
